Quite often promotion to manager occurs when someone has shown themselves to be good at their job, which is great. However, just because they are good at their job doesn’t automatically mean they will have the skills to manage. Many new managers are left to this role with little support. More experienced managers don’t always have the time to spend training their new managers, giving them the skills and confidence they need to be successful in their role.

The length and frequency of these sessions can be agreed to suit the business.
